Jayne Johnson

Jayne, a self-proclaimed “quirky, converted train carriage dweller,” defies societal norms with a heart tuned to the unconventional. As both a Grandma and an edge walker, her holistic mission stitches together excluded fragments of human experience into an interconnected tapestry.

With over 20 years in holistic practices, she worked as an Embodied Relational Therapy (ERT) practitioner, evolving from there into a Wild Therapy and Group Facilitation trainer. She now works as a supervisor for therapists, on a one to one basis, as well as running workshops, retreats and events. This year will be the 6th Wild Therapy training she has co-facilitated.

Venturing into spiritual realms through Shamanic, dance and movement work, Jayne weaves connections with the unseen, moving, complexity of life and being human. Her passion is to encourage us to move our bodies to our own unique rhythms and explore how our mind, body & spirit can be uninhibited & liberated to explore freely on our own and together with others.

Her revolutionary wish for deep change in individuals and the world stems from a belief in the transformative power of embodied, relational, movement and a personal hope echoing for a better world for her grandchildren.
