Inner Transition
The Transition Town movement works to transform communities away from oil dependency. It has formed Heart and Soul groups across the country, exploring and supporting the inner dimension of the Transition process, bringing insights and practices from psychological, spiritual and other relevant traditions. How does what is happening inside us shape the outer world? If we need an outer Transition to make our systems for transport, food, energy and shelter into something sustainable and healthy, what is the inner Transition that goes with this? What does this look like for individuals, groups and communities?
